Each 10’x10’ exhibit
space will allow you to register two (2) exhibit staff to work your
booth. Additional staff registrations may be purchased for a nominal
fee. Please see the Additional Staff Registration form located on the event
website.
HOTEL
ACCOMMODATIONS
USPS has reserved sleeping
rooms at the Riviera Hotel and Casino. Discounted rates during the event are as
follows:
Single: $99, Double: $99
Rooms Are Limited! Book
your sleeping rooms early. The Riviera Hotel and Casino is also the
headquarters hotel for the USPS 2007 Sales Educational Conference attendees and
this hotel will be out of rooms very soon.
Exhibitor rooms will be
held on a first-come, first-served basis. Room block runs from Wednesday,
October 4th through Friday, October 6th to accommodate Move-In and Move-Out
dates.
The Hotel has agreed to
honor this special rate up to 3 days before or after the event in case any
exhibitor would like to arrive earlier or stay longer.

NEW AND IMPROVED SHOW FLOOR
Please take a moment to review the
changes we've made to the program to ensure that you meet with more attendees
and have a better overall experience at this year's event.
1.
No distractions.
We have discontinued all prize
drawing and sticker collecting for attendees on the exhibit floor. Their only focus is you and learning
about your product or service.
2.
Split Attendance.
Instead of all 800 USPS Sales Staff on the exhibit floor at
once, they will be divided into two group of 400 with staggered Vendor Village
attendance times. At 5:00 p.m., the
entire group will return to the exhibit floor for a Cocktail and Hors d
‘oeuvres reception.
3.
Badge Scanners Added to Booth Cost.
We have included a hand-held badge
scanner with each booth, at no additional cost. Attendee badges will include their name
and address, and if they opted to include, their email address. We encourage all exhibitors to request a
business card from any attendee that requests to be contacted with additional
information.
4.
Extended Hours.
We have added just shy of 2 hours to

We have incorporated the USPS
Networking Reception into the exhibit floor. This allows vendors to continue to
showcase their products and services.

How can the USPS Sales Team help my business?
Many of the questions USPS account
managers have, especially when new contacts within accounts decide to try
direct mail is:
What happens next? USPS Sales Staff frequently have to help
customers find list brokers, agencies, printers, letter shops, etc.
For example, many customers are interested
in identifying list brokers for Hispanic marketing needs, and Account managers
need to know who can help their customers implement One CodeT into their
existing technology.
The USPS has a lot of new and less
experienced people who have joined the sales force in the last year and some of
your products and service will be new to them.
